Through Capability Solutions we develop workplace training for New Zealand businesses, covering health and safety, manual handling, first aid, biosecurity, and workplace behaviour and communication. We build bespoke courses for everything from specific machinery operation and procedures to site inductions, and we provide fully hosted, company branded LMS tenancies so every business can run training under its own brand.
Through SiteKey we help businesses manage site access, inductions, and contractor and visitor management, so the right people are on site with the right training and the records to prove it. It is health and safety compliance made practical for everyday operations.
We collaborate with other training businesses, including QCONZ for MPI Accredited Persons biosecurity training, and we develop programmes aligned to NZQA Skills Standards for Private Training Establishments and for industry peak bodies.
